If you have a question concerning a repair or would like to contact me to schedule a repair, fill out the form below and submit it and I will get back to you ,usually, within 24 hours. To see the available time slots that are open for dropping off an instrument,when you click on the "Drop Off Date" box, the calendar will pop open and you just click on the available time slot that you would like and I will get back to you with the confirmation. When you click on that time slot, it will be taken off the calendar and reserved for you. This will keep the calendar as up to date with openings as possible. If there is a problem with that time slot, I will get back to you and set up another time that will work for both parties.
** If you find there is an opening on a day that works for you, but the time slot doesn't work well, let me know in the message and, if possible, I'll plan accordingly for the new time slot (as long as it is during normal working hours). For example : say there are openings on the 13th of the month but the time slot isn't good (morning is better than afternoon and vice a versa), pick a time slot for that day and , in the message, let me know that the time slot would be better at another time in the day and, if possible, I'll try to be as flexible as I can. THIS IS DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS ONLY !!.
** If you are using a Gmail account, please check your Spam folder during the next 24 - 48 hours. For some reason, Gmail has started to filter my replies and even new email (changed subject line for testing - no luck) to the Spam folder. If you wish to still use a Gmail account, when you find an email from bayfret.com, please mark as " not spam " and this will avoid futher trouble. If you don't want to take a chance with the Gmail accounts, then you can use a different email address (not gmail.com). I do not sell email addresses to third party distributors.
